Better Ways to Deal With Conflicts in a Relationship

“Peace is not the absence of conflict but the ability to cope with it.” - Mahatma Gandhi

In our relationships, we tend to perceive conflict as something negative and to be resolved quickly, or even avoided as much as possible.

Sometimes these conflicts are minor enough that both parties can easily and amicably come to a resolution, or simply overlook it.

But the real test comes when a major issue arises, and avoidance is no longer an option. And no matter how a couple tries to work it through, there may not be a solution to the conflict, or it takes a long time before the resolution occurs.

All this takes a toll on a relationship, and can potentially end the relationship if it is not dealt with in a forwarding manner.

In such situations, how can a couple deal with conflict without compromising their relationship?

And what better ways are there to manage conflict so we can have happier, healthier relationships?

In the second of our 3-part series on Happy & Healthy Relationships, come spend an afternoon with us and discover better ways to deal with conflicts in your relationships.
